The stone is curled!
In one of the strangest turns in my Chicago Bites career, I had the opportunity to view a curling tournament this weekend — the USA Curling Mixed Nationals to be specific. It’s every bit as exciting as I hoped it would be.

The latest art project along Michigan Avenue uses re-purposed refrigerators. I recently had to replace mine, so it’s nice to think it ended up as a work of art. Actually, I wouldn’t mind if my ‘fridge looked like this for real.
I can believe the circus that’s going on around the Blagojevich trial, but it looks like his dream of endless publicity is coming to fruition. At the very least, he’s been immortalized by the state’s taggers.
