The other day I was complaining about the availability of German music here in the U.S. when fellow blogger Matt suggested I switch stores on iTunes instead of resorting to Amazon’s German site. Huh, tremendous idea! I had never noticed that there were other iTunes stores, but sure enough it’s at the bottom of that hideously overcrowded iTunes storefront. Germany.

Wonderful! I started to shop, but was disappointed to find the selection wasn’t much better than the U.S. store. Still, they had Covenant’s Northern Light which I’d been meaning to pick up forever. I tried to buy the album only it was not to be:

Invalid Store

I can’t change my preferences anywhere. Believe me, I looked!!! That fast growing muther load of music is out of my reach. I hate it when I’m teased but not fulfilled. Damn you, Apple! Why…WHY…WHY!!! put that there if you’re not going to let me buy!?! Grr.

Back to shopping on Amazon.de where I’m willkommen. I know my money’s good there and the selection much, much better.
