The seared scallops at Sura
We tried some Lincoln Park Thai food for this week’s podcast. There’s a lot of hit and miss at Sura, but I think it’s okay for a quick meal with friends. Love the bubble chairs they have hanging in the front!

Spring Rolls
We of the white table cloths met at Hai Yen on Argyle last night. The spring rolls were great, the clay-pot baked salmon was fantastic, and the something with shrimp? It was indeed something!
Tasty, tangy, terrific — every dish was an adventure. I think I could eat Vietnamese food every night of the week! And with the prices at Hai Yen, I could probably afford to do it.
The place was hoppin’ all night, so be sure to make reservations if you want to eat there on a Friday!
