Polenta Upsidedown Cake @ Avec

Peaches and crème fraîche top a lovely cake.
I like shooting dishes with available light to preserve the shades of white -- notice the distinction between the white plate and the crème fraîche. There's also enough light to make the reds of the peaches and yellow of the polenta pop. It looks good enough to eat.
