It’s a constant source of irritation that National Pie Day isn’t on March 14. Someone was seriously lacking in imagination when they declared it to be January 23.
Regardless, any day is a good day for pie. I’m going to avoid the bastardized creme-based genre and go for something fruity. Cherry or maybe Apple.
