Nice try, ING Direct

I haven't used ING Direct in a while because I can make better money elsewhere.  However, I appreciate the heads up that I shouldn't wait for a tax information. That's good customer service and far more effective than sending me a sales pitch in an e-mail.

Too bad their interest rates aren't competitive.
